在这里工作了三年，影响我的人教导我的人很多，让我真正成长了不少... 我很开心在这里遇到了他们，不然我还会是当初的那个我，踏在原点... 在咖啡的世界里，我学到了很多，可能也找到我自己喜欢的口味，也学习着影响身边的人；在咖啡以外的世界，我看到了形形色色的东西，我学习接受，用一个全新的心态去面对过去我不喜欢，我排斥的东西。很多时候角度不一样了，你可以接受和原谅体谅的就多了... 有一句话是那么说的，心小了，事情就大了，心大了，事情都自然小了...

I was working at China House for three years, I met many kind of people there, they make me grow up a lot. I'm glad to have them in my life, they changed me to a better person and taught me a lot, no matter in working or handle my personal thing.

This was the video I actually made for 2nd anniversary work in China House but last year I was too busy until forget to post and blog about my working life.

违背朝九晚五的办公室生活，我选了饮食业服务业... 一个大部分家人亲戚都未必看好的工作... 让我想起Jason哥在instagram里放着 "不务正业中..." 大家对咖啡师抱有的幻想就是很幸福可以每天泡咖啡拉花，但现实很残酷的打在脸上两巴。我的工作其实也是包含了担担抬抬，洗洗杯，切切水果，榨果汁，调调酒，娱乐老板，算货，当客人游客的询问中心，当cashier，当跑腿等。或许泡咖啡占有20%也会让我觉得幸福值得走下去... 没有熬过拼过哪里来的出头天... 至那些只想学拉花而说想当咖啡师的小盆友，回家吧... 真的太累了...

Safiq brought me to police station to make report, we was riding motor in the rain. Thankyou Safiq !! After that, Amir escorted my car to Perodua service centre because I hardly see the traffic. The technician said that if I changed my front mirror only will cost me RM300 and haven't include all other damage. So he suggested us to send it to car wash, they charged us the same RM300 which included every part but my wiper was gone. While waiting they wash the car, we went to Old Town to have our brunch. It took around 2 hours to completely clean my car. Thankyou my heroes of the day : Winnie, Safiq, Amir, Chee and all china house family!!

14.0 Second day off over here and had a food hunt with Samantha and Gary! Thankyou Narelle for forcing Gary to bring us out to have her favourite food! I was teasing by Gary and Samantha because I get high on eating Gong Pia.


14.1 China House Kuching #chinahousek
While waiting Gary to come China House, I was really hungry because never had my breakfast yet. So I ordered Hokkien Spaghetti in the menu which I really want to try long time ago. I was keep recommended this to customer even I never try this but I felt it worth a try. Why not? Noodles is my all time favourite!
Gary ordered all those famous food for us which was Narelle recommended. 我自己选了个人会回头去吃的Top3是 : Gong Pia , Tomato Crispy Noodles and CocoCane ! 对第一次买到很难咽下去的Gong Pia是抱有很大的偏见, 所以我并没有冲动去点Gong Pia. 真的多谢Gary动作够快不然我都快去说我不要吃这个了... 差一点擦肩而过... 我的天 真的太好吃了，吃了会上瘾，而且不腻! 我没想那么多就立刻再多点了cheese口味的Gong Pia来试，拜托不要放希望，不要浪费时间... 没什么特别，但是也好吃只是少了点什么... 我和Samantha毫不犹豫就外带20个 不管要请谁吃或自己吃完，买就对了，绝不放过!! 对于Tomato Crispy Noodle 我没什么印象我之前吃过吗? 但是在这里工作期间我吃过Zul煮的staff meal, 他的汤底原来比外面的甜那么多，如果没有在外面吃到我真的会觉得他煮的是正常的甜度...

I'm not really like last minute decision, but still thanks to company give me this opportunity to come to China House @ The Old Courthouse, Kuching, Sarawak. 7am flight and have to get prepared at 5.30am... Not easy. Thanks god I'm safely landed. 一心想要去 Kuching 因为感觉真的很荣幸如果可以参与新店的一切，但是听到last minute的东西还是会让我大翻白眼，行李也pack不齐全，所以也睡不好的一整夜...



1.0 China House Kuching
本庭宣判吃蛋糕喝咖啡无罪!! 前身是法院而且非常大，想必工作量自然增加啦，上个厕所都好远啊~~ China House Kuching Press into the link to get more info about China House Kuching! It was an old courthouse at Waterfront, Kuching. A really huge place. I was impressed by the variety of flowers all around the old courthouse, very colorful and gorgeous.


1.1 糊里糊涂 Blur
被遗忘的相机 : I left my Xiaoyi Act camera in my mom's car when she dropped me at China House Penang, damn, forgetful as usual. I really wished to go back now to take it, wanted to record nice moment over here. Good weather and nice scene!
五脏不俱全的行李箱 : I forget to bring hair shampoo, face wash, slippers, xiaoyi... Really don't like last minute especially you know that is the one way ticket, you don't know when u can come back.
不专业的小黄 : The taxi was so impatient, he just want to dropped me anywhere at waterfront before I found the old courthouse. When I get down of the taxi, the driver straight drove away and LUCKILY I was opening the bonet so he stopped the taxi or else all of my stuff will gone. Guys, always be alert ya!!  After I reached China House Kuching, I knew that the taxi counter charged me extra RM2 than others, these made me really pissed off. How come their service so sucks? No wonder Uber nowadays is so popular.


1.2 John叔叔
早餐 : Everytime when I'm with John , I'll never worry about food. He always bring me to eat eat eat. So once I reached China House Kuching, he broungt me to the market to have Kolo Mee. He said the food over here is suit for me because I like to have noodles all the time. It's true, the Kolo Mee is not bad!
面包 : During John's break time, he bought some bread from outside to put in the bar, and of course Im so tamchiak, I finished them.
不舍得 : I felt that John n I was like one month never meet each others, but it actually just couple of weeks. I miss him a lot ! Fortunately,  we can spend time in the bar like half day. He hand over things to me, felt so sad, we gonna separate again LOL sounds like couple right? XD



1.3 打不好的奶泡 Bad Foam
我说不出口的伤心与失落，对自己很失望因为尝试了一整天到了晚上还是打不好奶泡，对于不熟悉的咖啡机我依然不习惯。刚好 Trista 来访，感觉就是最好不要给她看到我做的咖啡，好丢脸，我只能表达说，我今天对自己的表现很失望... 杨老师说过，机器从来都不是问题，问题都是来自操作的那个人... 深深的认同... 不过由始至终, John 和 Chee 都一直给我好多好多的鼓励，说真的我也知道修到什么福,,, 会有那么疼我的前辈们! 爱你们哦

双十一是爸爸妈麻的结婚纪念日 但是今年比较不一样 意义非凡因为帮两位姐妹办生日会 由于前一晚神一般的把手机落在车上 而车子有停在特远 我就夜深也怕自己出去吓到人 手机就不拿了 在不知道几点的情况下睡着了 只是记得临睡前 再三提醒自己要记得在7点起床... 然后一打开眼 窗外微亮 宿舍的窗帘关不完的窗露出阳光 我也这么醒了 真有效 不需要闹钟... 换洗后步行到了车上 车窗没被打破 庆幸的打开了车门看了电话是7.29am 证实了确实在七点左右就醒了 很满意的开车到了便利商店充值了我的电话 顺道买了打火机 到花店拿花 第一眼就不太合眼缘 没办法都订了 没地方好去只好在china house 等待因为气球店在十点才开 趁这段时间我再把Jim的小册子写多几句话下去

对啊忘了说 其实今天是要补庆祝Jim我的好闺蜜的生日还有提前庆祝我的妹妹Beulah的生日 碰巧的星期二是公共假期原本的休息日就申请改成了今天

巧遇John叔叔也出现在china house 所有barista都爱在休假时出现在店里 我们真的都是一群怪咖 非常有闲情的怪咖 也是因为都单身 比恋爱的人多出了很多这种可以到处耗的时间 然而我们都不征男友征女友 哈哈 我心里呀 每次有一个男神 眼里就容不下其他花花草草 其他人呢 自然有他们单身的理由 还有一些模棱两可 像是有另一半 又似乎没有

终于气球店开了 犹豫不决的选了紫色和粉红色的爱心🎈还有圆形的白色气球 看得出我是很满意 一切照着计划走 我的内心紧张澎湃 因为Beulah是我们当中最小的 每一年 我们的生日都在年头 唯有你落在十一月 18岁那年也是盼着你快点到那个我们可以一起做坏事的年龄 哈哈 说真的 我这个做姐的内心遗憾就是没有帮你们每一个庆祝21岁生日 看着fb ig别人都搞得很隆重 所以剩下你最后一个过21岁生日了 我就拼了命 尽了全力 火力全开 我也要让你有个难忘的21岁生日

到了Jusco买汽水 买卡片 回到家仓促的冲凉然后去借车，临出门前发现电视机旁有一个我的包裹，反过来看，是XinYing寄来的，内心有着大大的感动，但是真的赶时间，就没细细品尝里面的祝福... 知道自己记忆力差所以在换车时特别注意是否全部东西都带齐了... 然后我就迟到了, haha 第一个载了Toto迟了 接着的当然都迟了...

沿路买了蜡烛, 提前到 The Alley 把礼物放好 我还刻意不让 Toto 和 Mayi 下车因为她们也有花收，我们就更更加的迟到了 HAHAHA! 好吧 从一个守时的孩纸到现在天天迟到都不知道败谁所赐... 终于载到了主角 B E U L A H ! 就好像约定好的说要去 The Alley 吃午餐... 没有人有异议，我们若无其事的走入店里，因为必须在柜台点餐, Toto 和 Mayi 从远远的望了一眼那张显眼的桌子，就一直尴尬的笑，快要笑场... 真是逊暴了... 淡定哥我还要自己默默点了一片蛋糕... Beulah 毫不知情, 不然就是影后 完全没发现...





又是劳累的一天但是感觉就是棒棒哒... 很开熏的一天，妈麻说过得有意义最好... 我爱你们哦!

我和Sydney 两个算是路痴等级的人就这样冤枉的走错路了，兜了一个超级大圈才来到了 Party Lorong... 没有吃晚餐的两人看到Rain Forest的可颂时漏出了一样的表情，但是看了价钱都下不了手，要明白月底了啦... 不明白为何要举办在月底... 应该是不明白为何加入月光族... 那么累走来是值得的，这里布置得很美，也很支持本地制作的东西...
